At Soni Motors we have always ensured that our Mechanics are wherever possible Factory Trained. The Royal Enfield Factory in Chennai has been the source of all training for our Mechanics. The Royal Enfield Company factory training course ensures that all trainees are trained in every aspect of Royal Enfield motorcycle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Besides training our Mechanics have amassed over the years, tremendous experience in all aspects of two wheeler maintenance, troubleshooting and running. All our Mechanics are supported in their work by a Mechanic's Helper.

With regard to our servicing, rebuilding and customising Lambretta and Vespa scooters there are no more factories, so we have personally overseen the training of all our Mechanics on these machines.
