Our experience at Soni Motors is such that when considering untried after-market components in a restoration or customisation project, we are able to quickly make judgements about what will and will not function well in regular use.

Customised or custom-made components sometimes have to undergo two or three fittings before alignment issues are resolved.

We are able to manufacture custom designed components in a number if materials using different manufacturing techniques. For example saddles can be made in different shapes sizes and covered in different colours, hides and coverings and exhaust systems come in shortened, upswept or chopped styles.

Wheels and wheel hubs can be customised to reduce wheel size, rims can be changed in size and material – aluminium rims are lighter and enable a whole range of tyre types and sizes to be fitted. Hubs can be colour powder-coated, painted, polished or electro-plated. Aluminium engine and gear casings can be polished or plated. Iron components can be shot-blasted and painted or powder coated.

Paints are mixed using computerised colour charts and colour schemes and chrome plating can be produced according to your exacting specifications. Any transfers to be applied are covered with a final coat of clear lacquer.

Headlights taillights side lights and indicators can be chosen from a wide range of components. Headlight bowls, instruments and levers can all be chosen for a wide range of components. Handle bars too can be made to order.
